Using the service

  • The Grand Hyatt Incheon hotel offers free shuttle service to/from the hotel.
    • Located on the 1st floor gate 3C or 14C at the Incheon airport terminal.
    • Shuttle operates every 15 minutes from 5:15 AM. The Hyatt West Tower is the first stop.
    • Free parking is available for passengers who drive to the hotel.
  • Valuables or baggage can be stored at the Concierge Desk – 1st floor of the Grand Hyatt.
  • Present identification and boarding pass at the Club Olympus counter on the 2nd floor.

*Note  Use of other facilities of the hotel besides sauna will be charged.

These special restrooms are available on every flight to allow all passengers to have the best in-flight experience possible.

Wake-up service:

Stay on schedule even when sleeping. Just let us know, and we will make sure to wake you at your requested time.

In-seat power supply system: 

  • Each seat on our B747-8i, B747-400, B777-300, B777-200, B787-9, A380-800, A330-200, A330-300 and some B737-800, B737-900ER aircrafts has a power outlet.
  • While our in-seat power supply system supports various types of plugs, you may need an adapter for special types used in certain regions.
  • In-Seat Power Voltage : 110V/60Hz. Most laptops designed as Free Voltage Type (100-240V) can be used. Each power outlet provides up to 100~200W (varies with aircraft), so certain laptop computers may not be charged depending on their power consumption.
  • The USB port is used to recharge electronic devices excluding iPad; unfortunately, RJ45 internet ports are not currently available.
  • Recharge an iPad by plugging the standard charger into the in-seat power supply.

Note: For safety reasons, the in-flight power system can be shut down without prior notice.

A wide variety of Korean dishes, such as bibimbap, Korean-style Dongchimi noodles, fresh crab marinated in soy sauce, Kalbi-jjim (braised beef short-ribs) , Bulgogi with rice, delights that can only be experienced with Korean Air are served on elegant Korean dishware.

Premium Wine and Champagne Service

Special wines from the Bordeaux, Bourgogne and Alsace regions of France are served as part of the basic service. California, Italian, and German wines are also included depending on the destination of the flight.

Top quality champagne is also served, including Perrier-Jouet from France, with more than 200 years of tradition.
