DO & CO, one of the world’s best caterers, is continuously developing new multi-course menus with absolutely fresh ingredients for the Austrian Business Class. On board the unique Flying Chef will put finishing touches to the culinary specialties.

The order of your menu always contains:

• soup and appetizers from the trolley
• three main courses to choose
• a large variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• a selection of desserts and cheeses from the trolley

In the Austrian Business Class all courses are arranged separately and served individually. Your menu is always accompanied by a number of excellent Austrian and international wines. Our skilled crew is pleased to advice you on choosing the corresponding red or white wine.

In our Flying Coffee House we serve a selection of 10 freshly prepared classic Viennese coffee specialties.
